Prana Vinyasa & Mindful Restore

"I believe that sparking creativity in ourselves, through the form of...

movement, sparks the change to help us grow into our fullest potential"

As a teacher , her roots are in Prana Vinyasa Flow yoga. This style of yoga shows us a way to transform old habits and cemented beliefs so that we can discover our potential and liberate our creativity through our movement and flow.

As an instructor and a coach she values freedom and creativity in movement. Through her classes, she creates a container for you to embody that in every way possible. April believes in guiding her students with compassion while also encouraging them to step out of their perceived comfort zone--this is where growth happens. First it starts on the mat, and then the lessons ripple out into our everyday life.

Empower Vinyasa & Slow Vinyasa

Katherine is a nineteen year old 200HR certified Yoga Teacher and...

is the owner and founder of Root Life Yoga. Katherine has been practicing yoga since 2019. What began as a simple routine of rolling out her mat to practice yoga by watching YouTube videos whenever she felt called, unfolded the beginning of a transformative and pivotal journey. One that invoked deep healing, lifestyle changes and a shift in mental unconditioning.

After a year of practicing yoga consistently at home, as well as at a local studio, Katherine’s interest in becoming a yoga teacher had peaked, when she began to understand how much her yoga practice had truly benefitted her personally; mentally and physically.

In October of 2021, Katherine at eighteen years old left the United States for the first time alone for a month to complete her 200HR Yoga Teacher Training in Montezuma, Costa Rica at Anamaya Resort.

Sam Cullen

Sam Cullen Tree Pose

  Warm Vinyasa Flow

Sam was born and raised in Maine, but spent much of her adult...

life travelling and taking in new places. Finding yoga after college, it became a real passion of hers while living in Southern California in 2017. She then moved out of the country, finding that this beautiful practice kept her connected to herself while traveling. After practicing in tiny studios from Southeast Asia to New Zealand, Sam knew she had a call to share this practice with others. After visiting Samudra for the first time, she knew it was where she needed to take the next step on her path. Sam completed her RYT 200 in the Spring of 2022. This journey had also led her into other modalities of healing, including becoming a Reiki Practitioner.

Sam doesn't always believe the road most traveled is the best path to take, and often forges her own way. She loves to create, and find beauty in the world around her. She hopes that her classes create a safe space and an escape from the world outside - a chance to turn inward. You can expect the unexpected, and always a killer playlist.

Intentional Flow is an all levels Vinyasa class where we will find grounding through mindful movement, powerful music and connecting back to ourselves.

Yoga Flow + Tune/Tone
& All Levels Evening Yoga

Movement and exercise have always fed Jennifer’s soul...

In addition to competing as a

swimmer and triathlete through much of her life, she has coached swimming teams and ha been an indoor cycling and group fitness instructor for over two decades.

During the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic (and after years of practicing yoga casually), she decided to take what the universe was presenting — in the form of a worldwide lockdown — and turn it into something positive, achieving her 200hr teacher certification through online coursework with

Yoga NH.

This formal training guided her into appreciating the magic of slowing down both physically and mentally and deepened her belief in the power of a centering breath.

Staying true to her roots though, Jennifer is still always up for a physical challenge and enjoys weaving an element of athleticism into her yoga practice.

In her “Tune Up” and “Tone Up” classes at ToGather, you will experience a fusion of movement — whether that’s combining yoga postures and flows with light-weight strength training or with myofascial release techniques to relieve tension throughout targeted areas of the body. She hopes you’ll find these variations on the traditional yoga class to be an exciting and beneficial addition to your weekly selfcare schedule.
